Heads and a cam but with a 12" 2800, do you guys think this turbo will be a dog on the street?

I have heard nothing but bad stories concerning that turbo with our cars. Someone will probably chime in and confirm.

If you are going with a 60, get a TE 60. They work great on our cars and it will work with a 2800 converter.

Yes it would with your converter I would go with the 6031..
