Garrett T04Z Ball Bearing Turbo: atpturbo.com
It is the same turbo as the TO4Z, which BTW HKS developed in conjunction with Garrett back in 2001. They only sold it in T4 turbine housing configurations for imports and not sold in the US until around 2003ish. at which time you could buy one from HKS, but at an ubber crazy cost of $3,200 smackers. OUCH!!!

Garret only has two compressor cover options.
Standard TO4S cover that has a 4" inlet, 2.5" discharge, and a Ported Shroud TO4S cover. Same specs as the standard S cover, but with a ported shroud.
So, in this case, the one from PTE would be superior if looking to make maximum hp. The highest hp rated 6776R would be a 6776R equipped with a Precision H series compressor cover and a Precision .85 A/R (THB5-76) turbine housing. That turbo is the daddy when it comes to flow potential and spool up for a purpose built serious 109 street car. From what I hear, PTE now offers a 67GTQ version in dbb as well, but would require more converter.
Hope this helps.
