Got to love Chicago weather. It's COLD!

No wonder the flu is so popular.

I just don't want winter this year. Maybe after there is some snow on the ground, I might feel different. I can get my "need for speed" fix on the sled.

Got to stay positive, right?

After work in the nice 68* weather, I went to get two gallons of antifreeze from the local parts store. Flirted with the girl behind the counter who loves my Grand National :cool:since I may need more winter activities. All it needs now is a wash and wax before I put it away for a while. It started to rain so I will do that another day.

Rick look at the bright side. Car wash biz should pick up since they can't do it at home.

It's great for business! Car washing and snowplowing make money but it all comes at price.

Should be 20 degrees thursday.
You keep that hope for snow business to yourself. Gotta admit I am less likely to hope for that stuff since I sold all the sleds not so long ago. Damn I miss the arm stretching of that 900cc twin.:D Yet another one of those "wish I never sold it"

Getting a little frigid here as well with day time highs around 65.

Can't you guys push those colder temps back north? I'm not ready for them either.

GO to Washington

It was 10* last night, It froze soo fast people werent ready for it, we got about 4 inches of snow in tacoma, but had even more in other lowlands. about 6 busses crashed yesterday and people just abandoned thier cars on the freeway yesterday... it was that bad...:(

I guess I should have kept my mouth shut. Been in a deep freeze now for the last two weeks. 30* would be a blessing.

Winter is the one season I could live without.

I guess all we can do is stay home, keep warm and .

On vacation in Stowe, Vt. Started snowing Saturday and hasn't stopped yet. Something like 18" outside my door. Then again this is the mountains...

What a..

difference a week can make!!
18* @ 6:30 am:eek:
The heat pump has definitely switched to "high"....There goes my $55.00/mo power bill!

76 degrees here in so. cali. one can get a nice tan standing in the un employment line.

High's in the 80's... Low's in the upper 60's to low 70's... ALL YEAR ROUND!!

Boring weather here in Hawaii..

18 this morning in Central Virginia. Been in the mid teens for about three days, but expect 48-50 the next two days...then it's back in the teens at night next week. But, hell, I love the cold weather....cutting downed trees, driving the lawn tractor sucking up leaves, working on my Jeep that refuses to let me fix right, and a nice cold beer after spending all day outside. Can't wait for snow....then I can turn loose "Choppy", my snowthrower that loves to play in the snow.

The only downside of cold weather is my wonderful wife's incredible cooking....I'll "prolly" gain 300 lbs before March.:frown:

Looking to put up the outside Christmas decorations tomorrow, while it's still reasonably warm. Need to take a break from that damn Jeep. Got a .44 magnum coming in soon for Christmas and I have to fight the "want" to shoot the damn Jeep full of holes!!!!!! Must stay calm. Must stay calm. It's only a mechanical device.

Never been to Chicago, always wanted to see it. Florida, real nice from October to May, then it's like an oven down there.

COLD is Davenport, Iowa!! Worked there once and all I can say is, the snow was beautiful, but the cold cut right through me. But, beautiful state.
