Trying to put some longer studs to run some open ended lugnuts in the 8.5. I bought the Moroso's, and they have a 480 knurl and it just slides through the slot. Didn't know what everyone was running for 7/16 studs on their's or if they had to be drilled out or what? Right now I am stumped. help! The next size up was like a 550 knurl:(

its in my last post , i edited the old one to include the link

the axle hole was .485 and hadnt had a stud installed so it seemed realy tight fir to me . both summit and moser assured me they were correct and would go , if you already had studs then they should just need a little grease , a couple washers and tighten the lugnut to draw them in

Awesome, talked to the speed shop and they have some 12mm arp's in stock so I can get those and put the rear end together tomorrow. Thanks for the help. I forgot that they are the metric chassis. lol

Well, the arp's that were basically the same spec as the mosers were only 2.5 in long and wouldn't give me enough stud for the Weld wheels and a shank lug nut. I ended up trying everywhere under the sun around here to try and find some that would fit and stick out from my lug nut. I ended up finding an ARP number that isn't even in their catalog and ordering it from Summit...
ARP-100-7713
Incase anyone with welds and 12mm studs were looking for longer ones
