8 Position Thumbwheel chip reprogrammed

I have an 8 postion thumbwheel chip that Joe Lubrant programmed for me about 3 years ago. I would like to have a few updates done and would like to know who I should contact.

If you want it completely reprogrammed then about any of the chip guys can do it. If you want the code in the existing calibrations tweaked then you should contact Joe.
