Car has a miss at idle and really gets bad when you put car in drive and it running rich. Is there some way to ck injectors without taking turbo off? Car has lt1 maf, translator, 40 psi injectors, tt chip,87 computer, mat harness and sensor was installed car has a turbomotion intercooler setup like in the pic below.
scanmaster readings are
Af 05
L8 36
Int 128
Bl 142
clt 175
ats 82
Rpm 775
Tps .38
Iac 48
Cc 00 cross count number never moves from zero at idle

02 328-339 these numbers dont change much always in the 300 range at idle

the miss i think is an injector but they are so hard to get to.

Something is wrong with the O2 sensor or wiring to the O2. It's making the computer think it's lean and then driving the BLM way up, making it rich.

Eric

So eric the cc should be changing at idle and the o2 voltage too someone was telling me that you have these values locked on your chips at idle i just wanted to make sure. Then i was being told that this car could have a leaking injector too i kinda believe it i found a receipt for injectors that were bought used in 01.

At idle the CC won't change much and the O2 typically would be somewhere above 700mv.

Hey Eric---If the O2 is fluctuating below 700mv at idle is there something wrong w/the sensor?? Mine does this but the car leans out...it even dieseled on me once!! My BLM's start out normal and when the car warms up after driving around, they fluctuate. Down to 119 while cruising and all the way up to 142 when in drive at a stop light. Is it my O2 sensor?? What else would cause this??

I don't mean to hijack your thread Derrick!! SORRY!!!!

It could be the O2 sensor, or a vacuum leak, or bad MAF. If the BLM is ok during cruising (119 is not bad) then the O2 is "probably" ok.

I also get a surging idle when this happens. Vac leak or exhaust leak before the turbo?? Your thoughts??

Its ok keith we are all here for the same thing information. I replaced the o2 sensor and the iac valve was bad the car runs idles good.
