86/87 Regal Battery Hold-Down Clamp and Floor Shift Handle Wire Clip

In going over my Regal I continue to find little things that I want to correct and I just found several more. My battery is missing the factory hold down clamp that's secured with a single bolt in front of the battery. I also found yesterday that the floor shift lever is missing the little wire clip that secures it to the shaft. I actually pulled it off yesterday by accident.
If no one has these parts, what's the best vendor that might have them?

You can try your luck at Kirban/Castle, they have both ,but you have to buy a new handle to get clip ?
