Rust? Not that I know of. But let me look them over tomorrow and get back to u on that.

there is a lil surface rust on the tire side of the rims that I can wire wheel off if you want.

The only thing I can really do is drop them off at the ups store near me. If you can work something out with them then I'm willing to drop them off. If not then I understand and good luck with the rims.

Get 5 long bolts and bolt them together them together then shrink wrap (can be bought at walmart) take to a UPS Store I have a account with them and will get you "ship to" address and "Bill To" number.
