87 T possible purchase......

I found a T in my area that I haven't gone to look at yet, here's what I've been told over the phone:

2nd owner, first owner was his father.
Car originally in W Virginia, therefore salt
Stated ~80k miles
Original motor and trans.
Rust inside the trunk lip
Rust on the floorboard
Bench seat, and shows wear
Steering wheel needs new leather
Brake lights never turn off (this sounds easy)
Bumper fillers trashed
Gray/Gray
unmodified
sat for the last 2 years, but runs.

Said he'd take 3k for it

I've since thought of a slew of other questions, but I'm leaning towards letting it pass.
It's almost 2 hours away, should I even bother?

you have one right now for a daily driver right? personally i would pass. it does seem like he's probably pretty honest with whats wrong with it, and there isnt' anything big or out of the ordanary there other than the rust. if you have the time to fix it up right and thats the plans then go for it. but i think you might be able to find better. Just my thoughts.
