Just curious what makes todays gas worse for higher performance cars than gas in the 80's. Isn't 91 octane now the same as 91 octane then.
Seems like these cars TTA's and GN's cannot run without knock on 91 octane gas with stock boost levels. Why is this?
Wasn't 91 octane the best you could get in California back then?
