well what plug would YOU recommend for my combo?

should be in profile but...
-ported heads and intake
-206/206 comp cams
-3" air intake to turbo with aluminum inlet bell 9" kn
-3" THDP and 3" atr Single shot exhaust
-underdrive pulleys, plenum spacer
few other little things but this is the most of it

my car i would imagine could be a 12 second car and just wondering what i should run... i cureently have in CR43s and just wondering if the 42s will help any... i get a little knock in high rpms and dont know if spark plugs could be cluprit... have 110 octane with ONLY 19 psi

and if you prefer a brand of plugs other than AC DELCO let me know!

With 19#s and 110 octane, you either have one crazy timing chip, The car is to lean, or its just false knock.
What chip, injectors and fuel pump do you have?
Just did a car tonight with the new 60#ers and a Commander chip from Mike Licht and the thing runs incredible and no knock at 19#s on 93 octane

Cars running 12.99-13.50 seconds or faster should use R43TS or CR43TS plugs (one heat range colder) and 12.00 and faster cars should use AC R42TS or CR42TS. The CR designated plugs have a heavier electrode (the "C" stands for "Commercial"), but are otherwise the same as the R42TS plugs.

So sayeth Gnttype

So what do you use when you are hovering on breaking into the 11's? I am currently running 12.20's with the AC43TS plugs. Using alky and 24lbs of boost but only race once a year if I am lucky.

Anyone read the article in the latest GSCA newsletter about using the T series plugs vs the TS. Something about the shorter electrode being better.

I admit.... I don't use AC plugs right now.....

I jumped on the NGK UR5 bandwagon. Don't really notice any difference.

When I used AC plugs I ran the CR42TS

I use the 43's gaped at .034 and run 11's with 26# of boost.

yeah i thought so... just didnt know if anyone had more preference or experiences than gnttype did... always like alot of input :p i guess my 43s will stay for a little longer!
