How difficult is it this to do? What is involved?
I am confident that we can do it with some instruction.
The tranny is my brother's and was just rebuilt out of town. 1-2 shift is not firm, 2-3 is. Concensus is that the servo pin needs to be lengthened.

I know Ive got a ATSG tech manual around here somewhere, not sure if it goes over servo adjustment or though.

this is the wrong place to look.after verifying proper line rise, work in the following sequence to achieve the desired results.start by increasing spring pressure in the 1/2 accumulator housing, then open up the 2nd clutch feed hole to .110 ,then install a 440 modulator cup plug in the 1/2 accumulator feed hole in the housing and drill out to .125 .if it is now too firm start opening the hole back up in the housing .01o at a time.if this dont work there is a problem.
