Pulled my RJC d/pipe to add bungs for w/band and found a less than perfect seal as shown in pic. It is at the low corner near the puck which is 1 5/8". I have opened and radiused the hole on the housing some last year. Any ideas or causes come to mind? Seems like the puck is close to full cover but???? Car runs good but thought there may be room for improvement here?

Doesn't look like its sitting flat. If it isn't there's definitely room for improvement

After several flat file passes on both turbo & downpipe I arrived at a much better surface with no low spot. Let's see how it looks on next inspection?? Thanks
