That dam oil gets faster and faster....
Yep "Crazy Mo" Atat has made some passes in this car and still might be for all anyone knows. That topic has been beaten to death on several message boards, but basically as that says seeing how the United Arab Emirates does not have an extradition agreement with the US there is nothing that can be done.

True, as long as he stays there he will be fine. Try to catch a plane here or anywhere else the US has an extradition tready with and that's another story. So its not just the US he cannot enter as long as they have put his info thru interpol of course.
Then again, if terroists on terror watch lists can get thru then it's probably not that hard to get around....

i was going to say the title was wrong that was an 1/8thmi pass not a "qatar" ....whatever a qatar is
