I just installed alky, I also have other mods in my signature. I think I was expecting more. My results on the Dyno uncorrected are , 302 hp and 385 trqe. Boost peaks at 22 and levels off at 20. Does this sound about right? I’m not that mechanically inclined, my tune guy said he adjusted the Turbo Tweak parameter on timing 1 or 2 degrees. I thought I would be at least high 300’s at rear wheel. How do I get there? I look forward to your helpful advice.

Well on a stock cam, I'm not surprised with just that and stock turbo. Change the turbo and cam and you will see a much bigger increase. Also go with a torque converter upgrade if you turbo choice will be big. But looks good especially on the torque.

I can't see your sig but getting to 400whp on a stock cam and head application with under 30psi in decent air isn't the norm. You need to get converter slip down to almost zero and get the boost into the upper 20's. The stock heads limit cylinder filling above 4500 rpm big time. Peak power will be 4300-4500 typically with stock heads. The more boost thrown at stock heads will lower the rpm at which it will peak and the torque will increase a lot. All assuming converter slip is almost zero.

Thanks guys Im learning alot. Bison, this is what mods I have done to date:
60lb injectors, 3inchMAF and Translator, Tin Man Cold Air, ADJ waste gate and FPR, 340 Walboro and hotwire, 160 Thermo, Razors Alky and scanmaster.

NY87GN. I am set up almost exactly as you. Gives me a real good idea about what I am running too without a trip to the dyno. Thanks for posting your results. Did you happen to have any runs sans the Alky? I wonder how much it added. Are you running a street chip with Alky or do you have the Alky chip?

Without Alky at 15psi of boost I was at 238 and I belive 325 torque. I have 5.7 TT street chip.

I guess this starts another conversation. Has anyone been to the track with similar mods, can you post results. I was shooting for in the 12's. not sure.

Wowzers that does add a lot! I am in the final stages of getting my Razors installed and very excited about the addition. Man I almost feel like I should make a donation to the dyno cost we are set up so similar, chips and all! Before you send me your paypal addy, I am just kidding.
Thanks again for sharing your stats.

Your numbers look strong for an unlocked converter.

Bison, thanks for your expert advice. I really appreciate it. Low 12's sounds good. Am I missing something, sounds pretty quick with my stated dyno numbers. I guess I’m basing on my last car, a 2007 GT500. I know she was a heaver car, but there is a good 150hp difference. My GT500 was tested and rated at mid 12's according to various sources and my experience

I'm saying we've gone low 12's with no more than you have listed. I'm not saying you will go low 12's. Properly driving these cars with boost launches and good tires will get low 12's with what you have. A stock GT500 of that era has high 11 sec power stock. Not mid 12's. Tires and driver "could" net high 11's.

300hp to the ground is good for a stock turbo at that boost level. Alky allows you to get there. A TA49 or TE44 can get you 400whp, but you'll still need to be comfortable with close to 30psi. You have all the other parts to do it. As far as ET, only one way to find out!
