 Well....I finally got to unpack my kit from Razor. I'm double checking all the instructions, and figuring out where to mount the controller, and related boxes. Just to double check, the gray wire from the PAC controller can be used for input to HP Tuners EIO, correct? Also, anybody have any ideas on which fuel pressure sender I can use that that sends a 5 volt referance, also to use HP Tuner's EIO box? Thanks

What is HP Tuners EIO?

Post a link.. there may be other ways as well.

Julio,

Are you back from the BG event? If so, I'll call you this week, I'm back in the states for a few weeks

 I'm sorry, my bad! I forgot you guys still use chips. Basiclly, HP Tuners has an updated cable that you can connect up to 4 0-5v inputs to be able to log such things as boost from the 2-bar map sensor; fuel pressure (if you find the right sender that sends that type of signal); wideband; or any other variables that you might want to log.

The gray wire ouputs 9volts when the system activates. Guess what your wanting to do is log alky pressure, if so Honeywell makes a transducer that reads to 250 PSI. its a bit pricey at ~140 for the sensor and then the harness is another 40.

Newark sells it.

Julio,
thnx for the link to Newark. i purchased 2 Honeywell pressure sensors a few years ago and they really came in handy. i log exhaust backpressure so as to zero in on hotside turbine and housing sizing and fuel pressure. Honeywell has since dropped the 4000PC series of pressure sensors and i have been wanting a few more. Newark does offer a few brands that might work. 0-5 volts DC...

if i were to want to log alcohol pressures w my 2 nozzle setup could i get by w 100 psi or do i need something higher?

here's a 0-100 psi. hopefully it has brass internals.
