I have a set of aluminum brake drums pulled from a 1980 Pontiac Grand Prix. Inside diameter measures a little under 9.5 inches on both drums. The inner surface is perfectly smooth and they looked like they were turned before the car was wrecked. The brake shoes on the GP had about 80% of the friction material left. Drums have been cleaned up and airbrushed with light metallic OEM BMW wheel finish paint.
