If you go to the boost leash website it states manifold or co2 .
Randy is very quick to respond to questions as well.

What waste gate spring are you using? I am using a 14# spring/external setup. There is a very noticeable difference in spool with the C02 hooked up. I would definitely try it with your setup.

Im running a 9 lb spring. I am ordering a 10 oz CO2 bottle/regulator, hoping to get the spool time down with this 72mm turbo.
