I would have to assume it is a fraudulent ad since the VIN provided is for a 1988 Chevy Pick up.

well I have a few cars here I wouldn't give the VIN # till the guy was here with the cash in his hand .. PLUS if I wanted this car I would fly out to buy it The more expensive/rare the car is the more some "owners" become very independent (keeps away the pic collectors and tire kickers)

seems pretty serious to me. not to many scammers out there are offering to pay half your gas or airfare to check out the car.it wouldn't even make sense to even make a offer like that if you were scamming

What a F'n bonehead. He's got a foggy pic of the SPID label and you can make out the VIN if you squint real hard.

I saw the car on FleaBay and posted it on here under the forsale section.. I asked the guy about the car and he answered every ? that I had with out a problem.. I figured that the guy is basically saying if you have 40k to throw down on a Gn then you'll call the number and thrown down a plane ticket to see it.. Does anyone live near this guy?

This car has been on Ebay for many many months now, relisted many times. Last time I looked at it the bid was $112,000 5-6 months ago. I never looked to see if it sold or if someone was just running the price up. Has to be the same car, mileage is the same.
