the performance arena either. The car boasts a 4.5-liter V8 pumping out 562 horsepower and 398 lb-ft of torque. Eighty percent of the 398 lb-ft torque is available at a very low 3250 rpm. The top speed is reported at 202 mph making it the first volume produced Ferrari to top 200. Previous Ferraris to top 200 mph were more limited productions.

Other cool performance features include a screaming 9000 rpm redline as well as a power to weight ratio of one horsepower for every 5.41 pounds of weight and 0-60 mph times at around 3.42 seconds. And it’s got 7 gears.

Maybe someday when this blog and the other ones I have yet to start blows up I can afford one. Until then all I can do is dream.

Look at the 0-60 time, its exactly like our gears ratio. LOL

The little black winglets in the grill are animorphic. They change shape to increase downforce and close up the radiator intakes at speed.

SICK CAR!!! Well worth the wait!
WOW.... c'mon, someone say its GHETTO!!! ITS ON 20"s!!!
I can get you a 9k rpm street car for about $12,000.... They have been available in the US since 1997, (the Integra Type R...although shown at 8400, they will go to 9K), also S2K in later years (in '99 red started at 8,800... )Both I can afford, neither I want.
Now where is that flame suit again?!!

Yeah, I would definitely take the S2000 or Integra over the F458.

This is the F430 replacement. Some guys over on F-Chat are trying to photoshop what the Challenge racing version would look like.

This is as close as they got.

Yeah but the rev to 9K and DONT GO ANYWHERE  thats the differance

I'd get to save $250,000!!! I'll take the S2k and a house!

Who cares.....at the end of the day you say "I have a Honda that revs out to 9 K's, just like everyone else with a Honda:rolleyes: " But its still slow and makes no power and still sounds like a crappy 4 cylinder with exhaust :rolleyes, 8 cylinders that rev to 9K have a awsome exhaust note, and get you more ass than a toilet seat ;):(oh and it HANDLES)

Keep your 250K and economy car, I'll take a trailor house with a Ferrari any day.

You my friend....are our demographic.

I'll take the heritage of a prancing horse over most any car other than a Buick.
