Anybody add FUNCTIONAL GNX vents??

Just wondering if anyone here had added the GNX fender vents and made them functional. I put mine on a few years ago and they have held up fine. If you made them functional, did it lower your engine temps at all? It dosen't look to hard but I'm just looking for ideas. What would be nice is to get the actual template dimmensions for the inside collar. Anybody?

A buddy did it to his Regal & & his GN he bought new & they made a difference in underhood temperatures.
I plan on doing it myself to my TR & my buddy has offered his assistance.
I've already relocated the relays to the GNX location.
