Anybody else hate to be called "BUD?"

I dont know about you guys but it seems like everyone likes to call people "BUD" on here!!!


It might just be me but that drives me nuts! I call my son and my dog "BUD." Not my friends or people I am on an equal level to. When someone calls me bud, it make me feel like they think they are superior to me when in all actuality, they arent.

Might sound like a dumb post but just wondering if I'm the only one that notices that?!!!:biggrin:

Aaron, I might have to take you up on that offer one of these weekends! I love griling at 3am! The look on the neighbors faces is priceless when they peek out their windows to see what the heck smells so good!

hello peoples; I'm not a fan of being called bud either but I think it's more of a Southern thing. I have a co-worker from the South and he uses it.
Another thing I'm not a fan of and that's those smiley, sad faces people use for emotion. Or maybe I should just join-em.

Another annoying thing is when people say the have "FULL" yadda yadda!
Example:

I got a FULL Turbo Tweak chip! I got a Full racing driveshaft! I got a FULL wing bolted to my trunk!:biggrin:
