Anybody else hate to be called "BUD?"

I was talking to a customer on the phone & called him bud. Trying not to after reading this LOL, Just habit. Believe me if I don't call you Bud the names that follow will not be the ones you prefer :biggrin:

I dont know about you guys but it seems like everyone likes to call people "BUD" on here!!!


It might just be me but that drives me nuts! I call my son and my dog "BUD." Not my friends or people I am on an equal level to. When someone calls me bud, it make me feel like they think they are superior to me when in all actuality, they arent.

Might sound like a dumb post but just wondering if I'm the only one that notices that?!!!:biggrin:

I see you live in Davenport. Been there in the wintertime...whoooweee! Was it cold and snowy. I played my guitar right there by the Mississippi River by the locks. Only got one chord out as my fingers froze to the fretboard. But I got to go see the Rock Island Arsenal, real neat, boss, and cool, sport. I really loved the quad cities. Nice place. Hope to see it again someday.
