Anybody have a CK transmission book for the 200 that can help me out?

I bought one of the first books, and am now using it and it is missing a number of the pages.

I called CK and they are currently out of copies, just wondering if someone can get me pages as I am in the middle of a build.

I am looking for pages 70-107.

Rick, depending on the hurry you are in, I can try to find my CK book tomorrow and get them copied at work and mail them for you. If you find a faster route then good, if not then I wll find the book tomorrow anyway and do what I can for you. Never know when I might need some brake upgrades.......
