I could just call them, but it's the weekend! ;) "Back in the day" I originally ordered a "7" (which I believe is the highest?) and it was too high a stall for my TE62, so they recommended and subsequently tightened it to a "4" (which is the "tightest" they offer) and that worked great for that combo. Now, with my Stealth turbo (the wheel measures like 68.5mm!), it seems to be too low (no kidding?!)... seems to go from vacuum to boost quick, but is slow to build boost from there. Found some header leaks and they may have been contributing, but just researching for next spring when the rebuilt motor will be re-rebuilt! Thanks!

1.#4 pump should stall 2900-3000 at 5# boost
2.#0 pump should stall 3400-3500 at 5# boost
3.#6 pump should stall 3900-4000 at 5# boost
4.#7 pump should stall 4400-4500 at 5# boost

I run a "0" pump with a T-66 .89 A/R
And it's great!

Thanks for the info! I swear I'll have oneof the most expensive PI converters out there if I do indeed end up sending it in: bought as a single disc, sent back for free stall change, sent back for conversion to multiple disc conversion, now possibly sent back for a "non-free" stall change! Shheeeez!
