Anyone ever buy energy body bushing kit?

saw these on summit for 110 and looks like a good deal. im getting mine done in a week or so and actually already have the stock bushings, but ive heard these are better. do they come with all uppers and lowers? do they come with the #5 GNX bushing?

I have had them in my car for 3-4 years. No problems. It comes with a bushing (upper and lower) for every spot you can put one. GNX bushing is included.
