Anyone have a review of the Tempurpedic bed?

I'm looking at getting one of these beds. Either the Classic or Symphony style. Have heard a couple of good reviews. Have not heard anything bad except the price.

Had ours for about 4years. Best bed I've ever slept on .

Loved it, advise..... do not leave a lab pup unattended near it. It's now in the local land fill.

Had mine 6 months. Love it. The only one that some people did'nt like was the original one. It did'nt have vent holes through the foam, and you'd sweat to death when it was hot.

lol... yea my dobe when he was a puppy had a go at my pillow. Its not like feathers that just go back in... I did stuff the material back in and sewed it up but its a little clumpy now :biggrin: .

Someday ill get the bed, with a waterproof cover of course.

yea they are amazing. I got mine about a year ago and I'll never forget the day it was delivered to me. I set it up put sheets on it and feel asleep and didn't want to get out of it the rest of the day! Best sleep and worth it!

Thanks.....the big thing I was worried about was if it retained heat. I live in Hawaii......that would be a big killer. Im thinking of the Symphonic. Anyone have this model? Also I sleep on my side. Is this a bad or good bed for side sleepers.

Layed down on one felt great, then bought a memory foam mattress which i though was the same. You may be able to get one cheaper like this but make sure the memory foam specs are exactly the same as the tempurpedic.

I thought they were the same when i bought mine, unfortunately they were not but the bed still feels good.

Temperature does effect how hard or soft it gets though. Cold=stiffer, warm=softer.

Once again, if you do get a memory foam, research specs

Just bought a Simmons mattress. Could not convince my wife about the Tempurpedic. I was looking forward to the new space age bed. Hope this turns out to be a comfortable bed in the long run. Just cant tell when Im laying on it in the showroom.

I bought the Seally Posturpedic ,I think thats what its called (was alot more $$ than the Tempurpedic) and it felt alot better than the Tempurpedic,course working 2 jobs I never get to sleep on it ,but the wife says its great....
