from Steubenville Ohio ? I purchased an item from him on Ebay and he says he is "having trouble with his Pay Pal account". Normally I wouldn't be concerned, but he has 0 feedback and I am a little nervous. He wants a Money Order. The amount is $111. Not a kings ransom, but I don't want to lose it, either. He listed a lot of Corvette parts on Ebay. I asked him to call me tomorrow- at least I want to talk to him on the phone before I send him a money order, for whatever that's worth. I hope we don't have another Joe Cipolla here
