Before I lose my sanity!:) Please measure the mounting brackets attached to the inside of the bumper from inside to inside and outside to outside. Also the top side of the brackets to the bumper top side and from bottom side of the brackets to the bumper bottom side. I figure if you have yours on the car and mine is off in both directions that maybe I have a unit with wrong spacing. Also if yours is working who makes your aluminum bumper brackets? TIA

gn1220,

Thanks for the info! I had my friend Frankg measure his factory bumper setup and he has 33.5" and 41.5". My car has 33" and 41" measuring the aluminum brackets that I just put on my car so I think we are all fine there. I measured the Kirban front bumper and get 34.5" and 42.5" which makes it roughly 1.5" off going from my measurements. I can't slot the brackets and move them that far so I think I have to call Kirban to see if they have another one with mine, yours and Frank's specs. I think the bumper is the problem here:mad: I am off a little up and down too but I think I can get that part right with slotting the brackets. What brackets are you running? I knew something was screwy because the back bumper went right on.

I have the stock bumper with the "export brace" I would think Kirban should be able to fix this for you. Good luck!
