Is there any downsides of converting my drive train to 1350?

I plain to use a Mark Williams 39003 billet pinion yoke & Denny's 3" Nitrous Ready Racing Driveshaft 1350 Series.

This is a street car, no trans brake.

Does anybody know what the hp these shafts will take or should I go 3.5"?

No drawbacks. You probably wont break any of that drivetrain if set up correctly.

Why not get the package from Denny's? I got the 3.5" Nitrous Ready, it would not clear the Kirban saftey loop but no problem with a Metco,

Yah, I found that package last night. Not quiet sure how they do it thou, must ship yoke 1st then measure, then order shaft.
"3 inch NITROUS READY DRIVESHAFT Pro Package" $766

Give them a call, they had all the info to swap mine out. I did measure it to double check after everything came in, no problems though.

I went with a 3.5" aluminum and a forged pinion yoke from inland empire many years ago. Bolted right in, never had any problems
