I have an 84 T, I was planning on getting Andersons to rebuild it, but if I could find a well known place that has long blocks in stock I would just go that route. If a 109 block would work with the Hot Air set up, and I just had to plug the return lie hole that would be great too. I say that because I am leaning on converting to an I/C set up at 51/49 odds right now, but in no rush.
I found this site, but know nothing about them and whether they use the correct LC9/LC2 parts. Buick Long Block Engines by PowerPro Automotive Engines, your complete internet automotive engine dealer!
Keep in mind, that whether I stay Hot Air or go the 86/87 route, I only plan on dipping the car into the mid to low 12's so I'm not worried about aftermarket strengtheners or what not, the stock long blocks will be fine.
If you could point me in the right direction I would order the engine today, I'm anxious to get this puppy on the road.
***The same goes for trannies, although I think I found ESP carries them, I can't remember I have it bookmarked at home. Thanks in advance.
