I know I have it in my garage, but I am on the "G body connection club" on Facebook and this guy is arguing with me that the GN then the TTA were the fastest production cars made in the 80's I disagree

I remember the article mentioned I believe the 911 turbo was faster stock the the GN in the 1/4 mile can anyone confirm what the article says. I was trying to avoid going to my garage in the pouring rain to dig out the article
 
If I remember it went something like. If you want something quicker than a Ferrari or (dont remember the other car) the buick was faster. Then went on to say in fact the only thing faster is the $50,000.00 Porsche. The gn was labeled the quickest production car " made in America".

Quickest..... Not fastest.

It attacks you on the straights, loses you in the twisties.
