I have used the Toledo kits with great success. I don't know about the first one since there is no actual pic as to what gasket kit comes with it. I have had some problems with Precision Trans Kits (no relation to Precision Industries/Vigilante) with their C6 and TorqueFlite kits with seals being too small to seal properly so I hope the first one listed isn't one of theirs.
