Is this pump suitable for E85 or alky?

this pump suitable for E85 or alky?

Performance Specifications: Model 11102
Fuel Compatibility Gasoline ONLY (Not compatible with alcohol based fuel additives)

I would say not but maybe they are just covering their ass

All of Weldon's race stuff will work fine with Meth, E-85, etc

BTW: very nice pump

This pump has clips holding the magnet in place. The early pumps had epoxy holding them in place:rolleyes:and would come loose ...I talked to there tec guy when i had look at.He was saying they have been putting alot of new additives in the fuels these day...One of the additives would break down the epoxy they were using so they use stainless clips to hold them in place now.Its a nice pump but you might not want to try it on a alky setup;)

Thanks, since they are banning c16 in Canada soon , i have to look into other options like E85 or alky.
