ARP head bolt torques?

Getting ready to put my heads on and the ARP says to torque to 65 pds with thread sealer ,I am using 9441 head gaskets does this sound right? There is a lot of different things about torquing head bolts on the site so which is the correct torque anyone?

I went to 73 lbs with there molly and the stud kit, I also used the felpro gaskets (whatever ones you get when you ask for 87 turbo gaskets @ Advanced Auto). I went in stages of 30, 40,50, 60, 70 then let them sit overnight, then went to 73 lbs. I had intentions of re-torqueing after a few heat cycles, but never did.
So far it's held, see my signature, 25 # boost on a regular basis..
