Asc Sunroof

My GN has an ASC roof and I have been slowly accumulating info. I believe that the were dealer installed. Mine has four drain hoses, one at each corner of the pan and the switch mounted in front of the glass. I recently bought a bunch of sunroof parts from a guy for an 87 GN and I got the ASC pamflet with a date on the envelope that read 1992 and a different glass manufacturers stamp on the glass than mine. It also has an automatic closing feature which mine doesn't have. Mine has only a small part of the headliner that appears to have been cut with a razor knife around the outside perimeter and stretched tight untill the tape for the wires let them drop and sag. Some I have seen pictures of have the switch on the dash. Someone posted something about cutting the ABS headliner for the roof. I need a headliner too. Wonder what the future value of a car with this add- on?

If it looks like crap, won't be worth too much. That's why I'm trying to get it fixed. I can't beleive that it is this difficult to find decent info on these roof options.

Sorry i do not have pics of my roof. but do a search. There is a pic of a members headliner in car that is a astro roof. I drove around for years with no headliner, just wires hanging from the roof.

OK, is there any solution to this ASC problem? Or will the rear of the headliner just be flopping around forever?

Has ANYONE used the Gbodyparts astroroof ABS headliner on a NON-CF5 (astroroof) moonroof car????????????

I would like to find someone thas has one installed also. well its a cheaper than having a headliner installed. I got a quote of 350.00 and that is if fiber board is good. I am a long way from my interior so hopefully i can see one before just buying one.
