Id def try a little wax on the seal then the window turbo if you can. For me this made a huge difference.
I do think in time it should conform to the roof.

Here's a few very dusty pics of my ASC roof for reference. Car is sitting under a cover to protect it from dust - LOL
As I've explained to other board members the adjustment on these appears to be hit or miss and should not be expected to be perfect like modern cars. When my Astro roof is back in the stable I'll load a reference pic as well. Hope this helps.

I think that about as good as it gets. Mine looks very similar. I have everything in order as well as the window turbo(guilitine)
