I've been working in this crazy custom speaker box and all new mids and highs. Thought I would share some pics. I wanted to wait till it's all done but I guess I'll add to it as progress is made. What do you think?

Wiring it up then one amp,two amp, rear view monitor and b&m megashifter getting installed.

Good looking install! Will those monitors be legal? I never seen a monitor that large for the reverse camera.

I don't think they are legal while driving. Supposed to be hooked up to e brake. The rear view monitor is 10.2" but is able to go to different sizes as in pic and also has another video input so you can have back up camera and DVD player.

We had to make a metal dash kit underneath the abs. The abs will be just a trim plate holding no weight. Velcro will hold it on.

cant think of the site right now but theres a guy who sells a kit that swaps the position of the heater control unit and radio just for these types of installs in g bodys looks real nice because the radio sits a lil higher plus you still have access to your heater controls when the screen is out

Yeah I seen that kit. It's around $80 and it didn't house my scanmaster or Wideband and his doesn't have the metal behind it as well to support the weight of all the components I have in there. It's a nice kit but didn't have what I needed. If you only wanna do a din size radio it's perfect. I like pulling off things that is a one off as well.
