After reading this thread, i think everyone brings up what we should all be doing.
Frequent exercise and no heavy lifting, you/me/we all need to make sure our core is taken care of before anything else.
I have worksheets i need to print off for everyone here, doing these exercises took me off the couch and finally back into the bed. I dont have to sleep on the floor, couch, ect anymore.
About 2 months ago, my neighbor moved in and we started swapping stories about pain, scars and what not.
Ill be god damned if he didnt hit the nail on the head with the following.
The sciatic nerve gets irritated when you dont poop enough. If you wait too long, and fill up down low, your going to hurt yourself. You need to poo more often. He was right and ive never felt better honestly.
I think we all have the same pains, and with exercise, FIBER, YOGURT, and not over eating, ive never felt better. 5 epidurals and lots of bills, the guy down the street knew more than my doctors...
