Baer Brake question

Working on a car that has a weird aftermarket kit on it. It uses some sort of wheel spacer that has an odd ball bolt pattern. The spacer is making the use of a normal wheel impossible. Anyways, we are looking at our options to replace this with. Probably go with the Baer system. Before we order our parts, does this look like the kit for the front? Would it work with a 15" wheel?
