Is it really a must to have turbo saver oil filter relocation kit with ball bearing air cartridge turbos?
The other two cars had 6765 Bb and 6768 HPQ bb and I was talked into oil turbo savers on those
 
I wouldn't say must have but good to have I run the TR Custom one VERY nice and simple piece
 
Nothing wrong with filtered oil to the turbo !!!!!

That feed restrictor stops up real easy. Filtered oil is good.

I thought being a air cooled center section it wouldn't need oil running through the bearings- not the case?
 
Thanks- I'm looking into getting a 7175 BB air cooled turbo and was hoping I could get away with not running oil lines but I guess not.
