Cold air intake, Chip, 3 inch downpipe and a shiftkit.

But what are your goals in the end? Just keep in mind that once you start it's hard to stop.

nothing to crazy,I can restain my self.lol
what hp increase if any do these mods give you ?

my setup is good for a 12's sec pass down the 1/4 mile, and pretty much all stock with out the trans and turbo you are looking about $1000 in parts

Scanmaster, adjustable fuel pressure regulator, Bigger fuel pump with a hotwire kit, Aftermarket chip of your choice, drag radials, alky injection. That should make a solid 12 second car all day.

Thats what we all say:rolleyes:

I would put a turbo, converter, fuel pump, alky, chip, Drag radials, injectors, downpipe, exhaust, and some way to gather DATA. Then do some suspension mods........

walbro 340 is the pump. and you get a hotwire kit to get good voltage to the pump. you can find what you need at racetronix.com

A hotwire kit is for the fuel pump, the factory wiring is insufficient and will not deliver enough current for the pump, this is a MUST if you plan on doing any wide open throttle passes. A Walbro 340 is an after market fuel pump.
A scanmaster or some other type of data acquisition device is also a MUST have.

You can do all of the mods you want, but if you don't take the time to make sure your car is in good running condition, and how to tune it, go fast parts won't do you any good.

My car came with a TA-49 turbo, headers, 3 inch down pipe, 3 inch intake pipe, and cat back exhaust. It was slow as hell, I had a really hard time getting out of the 14s.

So, I put the stock turbo back on, did valve springs, and Timing chain. I spent a TON of time talking to people, reading and learning everything I could to get the car running properly. I sold the 49 for an alky kit and TT alky chip.

Now it goes 12.20s @ 108mph and its getting faster and faster. I'm not setting any records, but this car is a freaking blast on the street. It's like a different car.

Hope this helps

My first bolt on was a Scanmaster, followed by a Turbo Tweak chip, followed by a hot wire kit, then a fuel pressure regulator upgrade, then eventually a fuel pump upgrade followed by an Alky kit and then an entire exhaust upgrade.

The car already had a cold air intake, upgraded injectors and an upgraded turbo when I got it. And it did have a Holley HP pump in it, but I didn't know this, neither did the previous owners.

But first you should do the spring fling. I did.

all above advice is good, chip is definetly important. First thing i did was LT-1 MAF sensor and translator. (had too, stocker failed right away) Before i new it, getting to know J.Cotton helped me leaps and bounds.Read carefully and do things slowly, doesnt take as much as you think to make the smile on your face last longer than it did when you started....be careful, we are adicts.
P.S. after fuel upgrades, AIR Inn, AIR Out!!!
