I don't want Full Throttle or GBody Parts

Looking for SPAL , or what Summit/Jeg's carries

Looking for high CFM's (2800 or better)

Whats been your experience for fit?

Thanks in aDVANCE

i know you said you dont want the Valeo "Full Throttle / Gbody Fans" but hell for what i paid for the fan and my "lifetime" f body radiator it wouldnt even cover the high dollar fans and my car runs perrrrrfect a cool 173º F with my RJC fmic and 90+º ambient air. IMHO you cant beat it. Why pay for a $450 radiator and a $250-350 fan [hell thats the price of a turbo or whatever other mod you need]

The SPAL dual 12"fan would work fine or use one (2 if will fit) of their 16" curved blade fan.

RJC FM with the ramcharger fans and caspers harness.. works great..

I ran the dual spals from Hartline Performance,They were great and cooled better than my ramchargers motor burning one.

Otto, how many inches are they & how many blades do they have ? Are they separated or are they housed in 1 only ? Thanks !

I run the Gbody Parts one...I know you said you dont want to run those, so a good alt, are the Intrepid Dual Spal Fans. Some guys run those and are happy.

They are 11 inches each and come as one unit. I run em and I'm glad i spent the extra couple bucks. Got them from Hartline peformance.

Intrepid fans are the ones Gbody sells. Spal fans are aftermarket.

Because when a fan motor burns out on you then your car over heats and if you are far from home the tow could cost a couple hundred dollars and a lot of aggravation. Ask me, I know.

...those fans in the post above...will the caspers relay harness plug directly into those or is there splicing, soldering going on?...thanks noah.

On the fans I had to get the correct connector to match up with the Caspers harness. I believe its a Metripack 281 male connector. I got mine locally but I'm sure Caspers will have them too if you ask. I just cut off the old connector at the fan and repinned it with the new connector...pretty simple 15 minute job. Once that's done the Caspers harness plugs in directly.

do they realy work? my t runs hot ive tryed replaceing every thing. cant get it cooled down getting ready to take off my fmic put astock one on

I just recently installed a RJC Fmic. My car has a stock replacemant radiator that was replaced several yrs ago.

when i installed the FMIC i also installed the g-body fans. In 92 degree heat with the A/C on and sitting in heavy traffic for a bit my car never got over 190 degrees. Thats with a 2 row radiator!

i know you said that you disliked the trep/g-body fans. so if you get a set of fans that move the same amount of air you shouldn't have any heating issues.
