Best place to buy a MAF Translator Gen II?

Full Throttle told me they don't have them in stock and won't for a while. Looking for the Gen 2 translator. Also which MAF is better, LS1, ZO6 or 85 mm? Plan to build can into mid or low 10's eventually. Car is completely stock, 87 T-Type. Thanks!
