What would be the best choice of a turbo for a mild cammed, ported iron headed Stock block with a pats 3500 stall converter, 83 lb injectors , TT chip on E-85, precision front mount intercooler,9" ford rear with 350 gears & 200R4 trans?

Don't know if it;s me or just the way it goes, but if you have 83lb injectors, go with a 81mm turbo.. i have roughly same set up with 72ib's with GT-71MM. I run 3:20's in 9" with 28 inch tall tire,at 80mph on hwy i'm at 2300rpm in O.D. with bullet proff 200r4 an art carr 3500

Enjoy!

I would seriously consider one of the new billet 67's. They can produce more HP than my GT-K 850 and you can race in THS and TSR without restrictions if you chose an E cover. Seriously considering the switch myself and my turbo has under 200 miles on it.

You won't regret it... That's the swap I made, went from the gtk850 to a billet 6765 spool up is about 50% or more faster.

What is the E cover? Is it a ported shroud?

3" inlet, 2" outlet. Not ported. the E cover seems to be the chosen cover for THS/TSR. Cant for the life of me figure it out but it sure seems to keep me from being included in all the reindeer games
