[BIG HEAD CHRIS]

The track crew spent all friday morning drying the track,and there were only a few pairs of cars make passes before Odell did.The groove was narrow to say the least.Watching and listening to the video you can see that he starts to drift towards the wall right when the car really starts getting up on the pipe,and to compound things ,out of the groove, the car shifts into second and blows the tires off.I'm glad he at least got the car pointed slightly down track before he hit the wall.Head on it could have been alot worse. Glad to see he was ok after a harry ride like that.

That was a terrible crash. I was Glad to see him get out of the Car. I did not hear about his condition. Has anyone heard if all is well with him?

I have spoken with him yesterday and he was in pain but in good spirits all i can say is hes a tough dude . Laz

Ya he went for a Hell of a ride. When I saw the car after the accident I just shock my head. It was in bad shape. Thank God for the roll cage.

Would really like to find someone that has some launch pics, we made two really hard launches with the tires up. Bret from gnregistry has one, but I have not seen him login. Long way home to WI for him!

One of the neatest cars at BG

This 38 Chevy Coupe with a complete TR drivetrain was a real eye catcher and a super piece of engineering. It was all put together by the owner and combined his first car (a 38 Chevy Coupe) with his favorite car (1987 Grand National).
