I bought this set of 4 billet mains (used) almost a year ago for an '87 I'm (still) working on.

My machinist told me that while I *could* use them, it would require too much machining to the block, due to a little twist it's developed in it's 140k miles...Plus, I already have a girdle, so they would be overkill for the street.

Since I bought these used, I don't know their history (or much else about them), but I was told they were machined once.
