BL stuck at 115 and car cutting out on moderate acceleration.

Acts like its running out of gas. Doesn't do it when revving in park, only under load. Fuel pump dying or fuel pressure regulator? Bl is 115 whether idling or revving, or anything.

You need to watch the fuel pressure while driving. Double check the vacuum line going to the regulator.

The lower BLM limit on a TT chip is 115. The chip is pulling fuel and is at it's limit which means you are running rich. Did this problem just start all of a sudden? Bad MAF?

Yep, all of the sudden. O2 readings are perfectly normal, so it isn't right. Unfortunately the fuel pressure gauge on my hood is broke, lol.

what sensor is it using to determine its rich? Scanmaster reading o2 in the 800's and airfuel is showing 12.7 to 14. So something is mistakenly telling comp that it's rich.

Unless the fueling's so messed up it never crosses over 14.7:1 to make a count (I've never seen that first hand though)

If you have a TT chip it most likely has open loop idle unless you requested closed loop when you ordered the chip. There is no adjustment in the chip for idle fueling. If the car is running well I wouldn't worry about it.
