I know the 109 comes from the 86-87 GN off the info I seen on the site. Whati s the stage 1 block cause I never hear noone talk about them its always just a stroker 109 or stage 2.

Sorry for the dumb question, but I figured I would ask it cause I didnt know and wife asked me what it was.
