I have the Regal Sport turbo in my 51 Chevy. A neighbor of mine has a Buick 98 with the supercharger. Now this rig sits sideways in the engine compartment. If I find a "for and aft" block will the manifolds swap out so I can put this setup in a regular car? Will a normal block take the torque from the supercharger? Are all the Buick blocks the same? Thanks

The RWD and FWD blocks are NOT the same. They are not the same between 3.8 and 3800 either. The 3800 was used in F bodies with 4L60's so those can be used, but you better be able to fabricate parts, because there is very little made for 3800 RWD applications.

I believe '95 & up 3800's used same block in FWD cars and RWD "F"bodies, bellhousings are the same used on 2.8/3.1/3.4/3300/3800's since early eighties.
